请问：开户一定要提供住所证明吗？
我通过论坛开户，收到交易商的邮件，要求提供住所证明，而论坛开户指南说：入金５０００美圆以上，才要提供供住所证明If you live outside of the United States and have not already done so, you must submit two forms of ID:
Photo ID: copy of your passport or drivers license.
Proof of Address: copy of utility bill or bank statement.
我入金不会超过５０００美圆
不知是否要提供住所证明

这种情况下不需要住所证明，只发身份证就可以。
